It is about stemming the tide of youth unemployment by providing unprecedented access to new opportunities in the digital landscape. Our focus is on equipping young South Africans with the digital growth skills to compete and contribute to our economy.
About the Programme
Our AI Engineer internship programme is a structured initiative designed to fast-track the development of unemployed youths and give them the foundational technical skills, workplace exposure and knowledge, and application in the business world they need to grow a rewarding career. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness skills.
AI Engineer

Requirements
- Ages between 18-35
- South African Citizen
- Candidates must currently be unemployed.
- Must have a tertiary qualification (NQF Level 5 or above)
- Candidate must not be enrolled with any other tertiary institution.
- Must live in Rustenburg, North West – relocation is NOT an option.
- Must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.

How does our application process work?

- Sign up/in on our recruitment platform.
- Update your profile and upload supporting documents.
- Complete the "mandatory" aptitude assessment to identify your strengths and interests.
- Based on your assessment results, you will either be shortlisted to the next stage or rejected.

- We review your profile to check if you meet all the program requirements specified in the requirements.
- All the candidates who meet our program requirements will further be shortlisted based on the supporting documents and assessments.
- If you do not meet the program requirements, your application will be automatically rejected.
- If the supporting documents are not provided but the assessment is completed, then your application will be nullified.
- If the supporting documents are provided but the assessment is not completed, then your application will be nullified.
- Note: Applications with incomplete documents or without the assessment will not be considered.

We’ll provide timely and constructive feedback regardless of the outcome.
- We’ll extend an offer if you:
- Meet our programme requirements.
- Submitted all the required documents.
- Meet our assessment score requirement.
- Passed our background checks.
- Note: Meeting requirements do not guarantee a spot due to limited available spaces. Preference is given to candidates with the highest assessment scores.
