It is Deviare's early-stage talent on demand platform. It is a highly intuitive online marketplace for digital talent.

How do opportunities come about?

Our extensive network of partner companies regularly search our graduate profiles to find "right fit" talent. 

How does it work for Employers?

Employers sign-up on the platform and select a suitable commercial engagement model for job posting and/or  talent selection.
